Production Manager

JOB SUMMARY:  The Production Manager is a flexible teammate who oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough are on hand to execute the production schedule according to plan.



  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings.
  • Assess production staffing level and advise on hiring.
  • Align production manpower across all workshops or workstations.
  • Organize developing and maintaining training and skills matrix for all production staff.
  • Assist with understanding parts shortages and communicating needs to management.
  • Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting as assigned by Operations Director.
  • Ensures that all employees adhere to all health and safety regulations set for by the company.
  • Organize PM activities with Facilities Manager to ensure 100% equipment uptime


  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Environmental and Working Conditions:

  • General Manufacturing environment, work can be inside or outside.
