Technical Sales Position

Location: phasetwo, Alpharetta, GA

Job Summary: Provide technical sales support for all Life Science products to domestic and international sales organizations, distributors, & end users.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Distributor and end-user contact for Sales and Technical Support, both electronically and in-person as required (including the ability to travel anywhere in the world on short notice).
• Analyzing, trouble shooting, and efficiently resolving distributor problems, complaints and concerns to provide timely and clear responses.
• Tracking customer complaints and reporting per ISO procedures
• Preparing and publishing technical bulletins, documentation, & reports as required.
• Management of distributor agreements, price lists, and sales proposals
• Set up and staff trade show booths globally
• Develop materials for distributor training classes and teach these classes.
• Work internally with Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Legal departments

Qualifications:

• Understanding of applications associated with biomedical, pharmaceutical & laboratory equipment industries.
• Eexperience in a technical or technical sales discipline, preferably re: cryogenic equipment.
• Relevant degree strongly preferred (i.e. engineering, other technical disciplines)
• Experience working with international customers.
• Multi-lingual abilities are desirable.
• Communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient with MS Office Suite applications, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook
