Position Title: Welder
Location: Loganville, GA

JOB SUMMARY: Welder 1 is a flexible teammate that can join, fabricate and repair metal according to print using various welding techniques. Welder 2 is a flexible teammate who is welding skill, certification and proficiency builds upon that of a Welder 1 and can work with a wider array of materials

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings.
  • MIG Welding proficiency “3G” with Carbon Steel GMAW F.
  • Torch and Plasma Cutting, Grinding, OHD Crane.

Welder 2 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • All Welder 1 skills plus the following
  • GMAW 3G CS, SS
  • GTAW 1G, 2G, 3G CS SS
  • SAW Remote
  • General Fabrication – 1 year

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR ABILITIES:

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a 3G welding test.

Environmental and Working Conditions:

  • General Manufacturing environment, work can be inside or outside.
