These CRFs are ideal for freezing pharmaceutical, bio-pharmaceutical, vaccines, and livestock sperm products.

In every phasetwoTM CRF, Liquid Nitrogen is injected inside the insulated cold box, achieving temperatures of 130°C and lower, providing an inert freezing environment with fast and homogeneous freezing of the whole batch.

The PLC and an user-friendly HMI allows programming of the temperature set point inside the cabinet or defining a temperature profile at which the temperature must drop. The cooling and freezing can be done over a defined period of time and is controlled to achieve a defined core temperature of the product. The unique vertical design, with three turntables and access doors, allow individual baskets of products to be removed ergonomically while the remaining product is held at temperature, preserving its integrity.
