Marketing Coordinator

Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Loganville, Georgia
Classification: Salary / Exempt
Reports To: Director, Global Communications
Date: July 2024

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing visually impactful marketing campaigns and leading the planning and execution of national and international trade shows. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for design with excellent project management skills and hands-on experience coordinating events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding:

  • Lead the creation and execution of visually compelling marketing materials, including digital ads, brochures, signage, and presentation decks.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce creative assets.

 

Content Marketing & Campaigns

  • Support integrated marketing campaigns with a design-first approach.
  • Develop content calendars and contribute to social media, email marketing, and paid media strategies related to trade shows and product launches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels.
  • Support promotional efforts tied to product launches, case studies, and brand storytelling

 

Trade Show & Event Management

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of trade shows, conferences, and industry events across multiple company brands.
  • Manage logistics including booth layout, promotional materials, lead capture systems, travel arrangements, and event schedules.
  • Design and oversee booth layouts, branded materials, and interactive experiences.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, event portals, Insurance reporting, and post-event reporting
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align tradeshow goals with business objectives.
  • Track ROI and lead conversion from events; prepare post-event reports and analysis.

 

Social Media Ownership

  • Develop and manage social media calendars and campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) for multiple brands.
  • Create engaging content including posts, graphics, short-form videos, and stories that align with brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow audience reach.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze ROI from trade shows and events.
  • Monitor performance of design-led campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements, by using analytics to track performance and report KPI’s

 

 

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed (print, media, design, etc.).

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or digital content management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Experience managing events or exhibitions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage social media accounts professionally and effectively.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Canva, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across various brands, in a fast-paced environment.
